Huntington Township, New York.   Huntington is having a special election on December 22, 2009, to decide if Huntington should have “council districts.” The League of Women Voters of Huntington is sponsoring a forum on Tuesday, December 1, 2009, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., at the Harborfields Public Library, 31 Broadway, Greenlawn, where you can hear the pros and cons before voting on this very important topic.
