H2M is pleased to announce that Paul J. Granger, P.E. has been promoted to Vice President. 

At H2M, Mr. Granger is responsible for client management and business development, management of master planning and water treatment studies and design.  He conducts research for new water treatment technologies for the firm’s many municipal water supply clients.His previous position at H2M was Department Manager of Water Resources Planning and Development.

Mr. Granger shares, “…In my new position I look forward to fulfilling the challenges of expanding H2M’s water supply engineering services throughout New York State and the nation.” 

Mr. Granger is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York and a Grade IB New York State Certified Water Plant Operator whose distinguished career has been instrumental in assisting Long Island Water Suppliers in protecting our groundwater resources from MTBE contaminators from gasoline spills.

He is a member of the American Water Works Association (AWWA), American Society of Civil Engineers, the National Society of Professional Engineers and the Long Island Water Conference.  As an active member of the NYSAWWA, he presently serves on the Board of Trustees and previously served as chair of the organization.

Mr. Granger and his family reside in Levittown, Long Island, NY.

H2M is equally as pleased to announce that James L. Neri, P.E. has been promoted to Vice President.

Working for H2M since May of 2001 in his previous position of Manager Water Resources, Mr. Neri has extensive experience as an environmental consultant, specializing in water resources/supply, treatment and groundwater modeling. 

Mr. Neri shares, “My work at H2M involves assisting our public water supply clients in providing a safe and reliable source of drinking water to the people of the New York and Long Island region. I am excited to see where this next stage of my career at H2M will lead.”

As manager of the department’s quality control program, Mr. Neri oversees all design work prepared by the department. Additionally, he serves as client liaison and program manager to numerous water districts and municipalities in the Tri-State region.

Mr. Neri is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York and a Certified Protective Coatings Professional, SSPC. He is a member of the American Water Works Association (AWWA) and the Long Island Water Conference. 

Mr. Neri and his family reside in Huntington, Long Island, NY.
