Add in four generations of family, over 76 years of tradition and secret recipes and you have a very unique business requiring innovative managerial skills. Merrill is the President/CEO and involved in every aspect of the entire business, and loving it.

Today, Zorn’s of Bethpage is one of the most widely known catering and takeout restaurants on Long Island, being recognized for their home cooked food where everything is made from scratch on the premises. Her commitment to customer service and dedication to the community is her top priority.

Merrill is a founding member of the Long Island Food Council. She is an active member of the American Business Associates and Huntington Rotary. She is also on the boards of the Huntington Chamber of Commerce, The Townwide Fund of Huntington and the St. Joseph Hospital Community Relations board among so many other business networks.
